All orders are shipped from Paris as quickly as possible.
You can expect to receive your orders within 7 business days inside the French territory and within 15 days business days internationally.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking of your order when it is ready to be shipped.
If you don't receive that email or any update on your order within the 5 -6 days please reach out to us at : email@example.com.
In order to facilitate the process don't forget to include your full name and order numbers in the email.
2. RETURNS, CANCELLATION, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We will not refund an item unless it is defective. If the item received is damaged, we ask that you provide us an email that includes a picture of the defective item (clearly showing the defect) where indicated in the form within 5 business days from the date of delivery. We will then determine if the client is eligible for an exchange by responding to the email within 48 business hours. The item must be unworn with all its original tags.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs or duty fees. Upon reception, inspection and qualification of the return, we will process the exchange. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the replacement item is shipped. Once an order is placed and processed, no changes can be made to that order.
Once we have sent you a confirmation email for the exchange, send your defective item back to : AAUCARRE 2 rue Cler 75007 Paris FRANCE.
If you do not like what you ordered or if the size is wrong, we accept exchanges.
